We suggest you keep a copy of these terms for your personal reference. A contract is only formed once we confirm shipment of the order to you. Please note that no products will be shipped unless we have received the amount due to us in full.

SHIPPING
Please note that all packages must be signed for and thus, we request you to provide us with an address where someone will be available to receive your package and sign for it.
We normally delivered all goods within the time frame we have agreed to. On rare occasions when your package does not arrive, we cannot accept responsibility for the inconvenience and distress caused. We partner with reputable courier services, however human errors occur and we apologise for any possible inconvenience of a delayed package.
Should a package be returned to us, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of the situation. Please note, re-sending the item may incur an extra charge, especially if the package was undeliverable, however you will be advised of this.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer a full return or exchange on online purchases. Please ensure that the contact lens prescription you provide us with, either via the online ordering form or via email is valid and accurate. Greystones Eye Centre cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided at this point in the purchase process. However, our desire is that you will be happy with your purchase and once you alert us that you not entirely happy, we will contact you to rectify the matter to your satisfaction.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Descriptions given online are true to our knowledge. All images have been provided by the manufacturers in order to give a guideline of their products. Our prices include all relevant taxes for Ireland and all our transactions are processed in Euros. We reserve the right to alter the price, images or any other information provided on the site, without any liability to Greystones Eye Centre. We assure you all the items delivered from our practices will be free of any defects or faults. However, if you are unhappy with the item, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to facilitate your request at the earliest possible convenience.
BUYING ON OUR SITE
We offer you a fully encrypted site so you can shop on our site with ease. We do not keep a copy of your credit card details in our records and only PAYPAL has access to these details.
Greystones Eye Centre reserves the right to change the products offered on the website at any time without notice, and to limit the number of items that may be purchased by a visitor. If we are unable to deliver an order placed by you, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.

JURISDICTION
These terms are liable to be changed anytime, as deemed necessary by us. The terms and conditions applicable to any customer are the terms for when an order was placed.
The contract formed between us and you will be governed under Irish laws and the customer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
